BEST SPOT IN TOWN for silkscreen supplies. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and have yet to sell me on something I don't necessarily need and I appreciate that very much...because we ball on a budget around here. This is the only spot to go for your printing needs.

They have all types of ink! And if they don't have it there then they can get it
Masks required
Call them. Ask them to guide you through the procedure. Supposedly, theres a link or something you have to click that shows youre a seller and takes the tax away. This is based on a convo i had regarding a screen, but, with the screen youre not selling it so tax applies.
