Amazing service πŸ‘ Rodolfo repaired my film camera in record time and gave such expert advise. Truly a professional business. Thank you so much! Support this business!

I recommend not going, but if you do, take photos of the drop off slip & of the equipment you drop off. Make sure they write down every piece. I dropped off a Contax G2 with a TLA 200 flash for an autofocus repair and they returned it without the flash. I followed up several times and since they didn’t write it down on the drop off slip they say they never got it. I’m 1000% positive I dropped it off and now they either have it or gave it to another customer and we’re out $400. Incredibly disorganized place with really lacking records and an outdated system.

Do not go here. Absolutely the worst customer service, they had my camera for 3 weeks only to tell me that 'it would be too expensive to fix my camera and I should just buy a new one'. One guy originally quoted me $120 to fix my SLR, then 3 weeks later the other guy, Rodolfo, quoted me $160. So which is it? They returned my SLR with a stain on the mirror inside the camera. So my camera is in worse condition now than when I brought it in. The owner Rodolfo is rude and condescending. Absolutely do not go here, they are dishonest and they will not give you a straight answer for weeks. They actually charge more than Sammy's charges to fix a camera and they are rude on top of it. Absolutely the worst. whatever you do, do not go here. They don't care about customers, and they treat you like garbage. Not sure why they even have a business that entails dealing with customers when they have no regard for people. Do not let them ruin your camera like they did mine, and don't let them take advantage of you.

Do not send your camera to this shop. I sent my vintage camera to them in August. I received no notice that it arrived safely, and no phone call for an estimate. I called them and was told they would call me back in a few minutes...they never called back. They were not even sure if it arrived. I called again a week later and they still didn't know the status. This time they called me back with an estimate. I waited another month! No update. I called again and they said they would ship it that week and nothing. Finally in November I had enough and called twice in the same day and spoke to two different men who wouldn't even let me explain my experience. I was told I would be sent a tracking number. Nothing. I called again the next day and finally spoke to someone who let me explain my horrible experience. Only then was I sent an invoice. I never received confirmation of shipment, but I was on my door step the next week. Honestly I was afraid I'd never see my camera again. I thank the one staff person who seemed to understand how upsetting the whole experience was.

Questions & Answers

Hello, are you guys able to fix a KODAK CAROUSEL SLIDE PROJECTOR 760H? It doesn't advance or back but everything else is working properly.

Sorry but I was just a customer ... not sure, if they do !

Do you have any Kodak slide projectors (Kodak Ektagraphic AF-2) available to buy? I am looking for one.

Call and ask.

Wondering if you guys are able to 'de-click' manual vintage lenses for use on video cameras?

Depends on the lens, but I'm sure they could.
