Good smoke shop. Good variety and good prices. What more can really be said other then friendly service has not just beer and tobacco. Good selection of vapes, juices, and nic salts, I would recommend this place over supermarkets or big box stores.

Yes they sell a few different kinds that range greatly in price but they don't sell it in bulk or large bags of loose powder or capsules.
There is not one far as I know Walmart exit on left side in Pendleton is the next closest in oregon. Or the the tri cities has a few as well.
You will have to go to Pendleton for that, I believe.
