So far I love it! Where I am it is so quiet at night! Its amazing. Its the first place ive ever felt safe. The neighbors are great also which is a bonus. We look out for one another and pretty much stay to ourselves. But so far its a great place.

While visiting Willow Hill looking at possible future residents. I was greeted by the property manger. She was very knowledgeable about the area . Riding through the park I could see it was very clean and well maintained. I especially liked pond and the location of the park very close to schools and shopping. As I was leaving the Property Manager recommended a wonderful local restaurant . She took my information for upcoming vacancies and explained the application process. Of the 5 places I visited Willow Hill was by far my favorite.

I went in to the office inquiring about living here and Ms. Kelly was absolutely a DOLL and made me really feel like this community would be so welcoming. She laid out details beautifully. Even though we did not make the decision to live here, I would highly recommend anyone thinking about living here to go seek out Ms. Kelly and have her give you a warm welcome!

I have lived here for over 2 years now. I LOVE it! The community is always kept up and clean. The maintenance men are always willing to help along side the manager. The 3 of them work together as a TEAM to keep the residents and community SAFE and CLEAN. I would recommend this community over any other community here in the Maryville area. I don't think it's said enough, so THANK YOU for doing what you all do!
