Very lovely place to stay. I would have to say the workers here have amazing customer service and very flexible. Updated bathrooms was a plus. Very nice pool, decent size lots. It’s generally quiet and there were some noise here and there at night by non residents. Close to trolly and buses. Location is great. I don’t mind the highway. The only downside is that they didn’t have a child’s area and their gym was very outdated. Hopefully with the updates happening, those will be updated in the upcoming future.

Very close to my house to dump my tanks. The staff here is really nice and really helpful. Only costs $20 to dump. It appears they don't have a dedicated dump, so they have you pull into an empty spot to hook up and dump. I really had to stretch out my hose to make it to the dump spot. Also had to hook up my own hose for rinsing, but otherwise very nice park and place for this.

The staff at SD RV Resort is truly amazing! Until recently, I was a full timer for years. I have stayed at MANY RV parks and resorts, and my experience with SD RV Resort was hands down the best ever. I won't list them by name for privacy, but you can count on a good experience here. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION that I can give!

The staff here is wonderful, warm and really care about providing a high quality facility and experience with a personal touch. The sites are very nice – each has a grass and concrete area, which I really appreciate and most sites are separated by some sort of natural element(s) like trees or bushes. The trees, bushes and flowers throughout the resort make for a wonderful environment. The pool area is great and though I wasn't able to make it to the game/billiards room I would have if I had more time. We were there the day before Easter and the staff put on a wonderful Easter event with a really great Easter Egg Hunt for each family and had 'make your own snowcones' at the pool. Honestly, amazing! Can't think of another RV resort that would do something so wonderful like that.

No they dont! Our rig is older than 10 years. I've seen rigs older than that here.
From what I'm told, you can stay up to 6 months. It's the summer months though so rates are higher. They go down in September.

Yes, it is like signing a lease if a person will be there more than 3 months I do believe. It is a good spot.

Policy just changed as of April 2021. 6 months max stay. You can always call the office and see what they can do for you. All spots are the same price I believe. Long term rates are better than the nightly as with all parks.

Most places don't like to accept models that are over 10 years old, so keep that in mind.

I traveled through 5 states and used Good Sam and other discounts and nearly all sites were under $40 except San Diego RV, which gouged. Santee Lakes is less, I think and there may be other sites that are much less. This RV place isnt that great.

Sites for all size RVs, pull through for the longer ones
We stayed with a 41 ft 5th wheel. Some sites are large some smaller.
