Owners are customer service. Store has different dresses ( including XV) depending on occassion. One of the employees is really helpful. The other employees is the opposite, you're by yourself.

The workers are so rude if you don't speak Spanish. We needed a dress for a sweet sixteen party in Del Mar. The lady there said she's too old for a quincenera and laughed at her, made my daughter cry as she walked out. I'm fine with taking our money elsewhere. We needed dresses for 18 young ladies, and I'm sure there's a shop who will treat them with more respect.

Great service/ nice staff! I was searching for the right dress for my quince, took me a while to find the perfecr size/color, just as i was about to try on the final dress... they found the dress i was looking for! Absoulety a great place to go to!

Horrible customer service, my mom bought a dress for my kid, it didn’t fit her, we returned to the store, and they refused to give me a bigger size. I even brought my daughter to fit. Their response was all sales are final. I was planning on getting my dress here but I decided to take my business somewhere else. Plus the dress was low quality.
