I use this place exclusively to inventory our Little Free Library. Hands down the best used book store in the area - in terms of selection, price, and trade in value. Ps..they have lots of puzzles.

A treasure chest for readers. Great selection crammed into a small store. Sales help extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Take your books for store credit. Going back soon for more reading material.

Great used bookstore in La Mesa. Most of the books are fiction. Books are organized in broad categories & then by author. There are lots of mysteries & suspense books. In the mystery sections, the store has placed author lists for prolific writers. Prices are reasonable & staff know their books! Always fun to visit.

I was told: Currently we are not purchasing books as we are still taking in between 200-600 books a day. We have a LOT of books. We are still taking books for trade towards purchase of other books.
If you're referring to Mormon books, I don't think we currently have any.
Hi Nhu, We sell used books, many in like new condition. We also sell children's books, audio books, cd's and DVD's. You trade your used items to us and then use the credit to purchase items from . 50 cents up to several dollars.
Rose, no I'm sorry, we do not purchase or stock any textbooks. Unfortunately I don't know of any places that do other than the college bookstores.
Prices range for kids books from .50 cents to a couple dollars. Most other books are $1 and up with trade in. The large trade size and hardbacks are $2.25 with trade in, $4.50 without.
We sometimes have children's Spanish books, and Spanish dictionaries, but unfortunately not enough room for complete collections of foreign language books. 😔
Hi Marge, Thank you for contacting us, currently we do not buy antiquarian books, we just don't have the space. I'm sorry we couldn't be more helpful!
Hi Judy, We do not buy cookbooks, but we do take cookbooks for trade. We have a section for cookbooks covering foods from various countries as well as baking and specialty items.
