I came to this practice off a referral from another member. At first they were good and definitely adjusted my back and neck. I thought they were great and I felt good afterwards. Then I found 100% chiropractic on Augusta street in Greenville. They have a $49 new patient special going on where they do a full body scan, X-rays, in practice massage with cupping, complete education, traction and adjustment in your first three visits. The Joint didn’t provide any of that other than just the adjustment. I couldn’t believe everything 100% offered and the full level of chiropractic care. On my X-rays they found that my neck has no curve whatsoever, multiple bone spurs and my leg length was way off. I’ve learned the importance of X-rays and how if I would’ve continued at The Joint without knowing the underlining issues I could’ve been injured further and a malpractice lawsuit could’ve been underway. When I called The Joint to cancel and request a refund of 4 unused visits under my plan they said that due to the the contract I signed that they couldn’t provide a refund of my $70. I’m so utterly and completely dissatisfied with The Joint and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone wanting chiropractic care. They are only there to conn you into taking your money and making you think you are being taken care of. This place is a rip off. Even after contacting corporate they still wouldn’t refund my money. I basically donated $70 I didn’t have for care and services I never received. DO NOT GO TO THE JOINT

I came into The Joint at almost closing time, unable to stand up straight because I was in so much pain! The team took care of me from the moment I walked in the door! The doctor gave me an exam and an adjustment to help give me some relief. Once that was done he gave me a “Wellness Plan” for the next few weeks. I 100% will be back and I’m bringing my husband next time! If you’re in pain or have migraines, please go see them. They can help! Thanks guys!
