I used to work here, not only do the employees on 2nd shift (2-10 p.m.) void out orders and steal the money, but I've seen them serve still cooking (not fully cooked) Krystal's because they were down a few grills and backed up. I brought this to Management's attention and got fired the next day. Be careful eating here.

The lady Ms. FRANCINE helps with my anxiety, makes me feel better because she is so nice & happy. She always has me laughing. Of I have to wait on food, I don't mind because she keeps me updated on progress of my order. Thank You for your great service & always serving fresh food.

I waited about 20 minutes for them to serve 2 customers in front of me. I've seen their drive-thru lines long and even extending into the street several times. They're nice and always gave me a military discount, but they've also messed up my order a few times. Last time I asked for BBQ sauce and no cheese on my Krystals, the employee seemed totally puzzled.
