I would give this place a 10/5 stars if I could! I traveled to Siesta Key for spring break with my mother and a friend! We found this place on recommendations and it's definitely a hidden gem. I had the best tuna in my LIFE and the best key lime pie ever!! Everything is so fresh and completely homemade and you can tell that it is as well. This place deserves a higher rating than what it has!

The good was excellent, however, the ambiance is terrible. Nice fish preparations options. The outside area is loud with A/C noise that they try to cover with loud music. There old location photos look better, they must have lost their lease.

We were delighted to see that Off the Hook Seafood reopened. We booked a table and had a wonderful dinner. Wow! The mussels were great and both our dishes were delicious. Cashew Crusted and Rockefeller — just two of several prep styles. Same great food, new, cozy location.

Guests are required to wear a mask in, when up and about within the restaurant, and upon departure. Employees are required to wear a mask at all times. Hand Sanitizer station at entrance to the restaurant and at each table. Every table is sanitized after each use.
Yes, they have a happy hour. Try the shrimp and grits and the mussels - you will love them. They give you a lot of food for an appetizer. Enjoy!
