I ordered 3 kid meals and all 3fries were cold and hard. I pulled back through drive thru and explained to them what the problem was, the manager had an attitude, she snatched the boxes from me and waved me off before turning to walk away from the window. I asked her what does that supposed to mean and she told me to pull over and park I asked how long was the wait and she told me 10 minutes! So unprofessional, especially as a manager!! Never again

It’s McDonald’s. This place is fine. They run out of things sometimes. The drive thru has a good pace. But if they ask me to park I get sad because it takes quite a while to get my food.

Took forever to get the food. When I finally got it, it was cold because staff put my milk shakes in the bag with the hot food and just let it sit like that forever. The burgers and fries weren't merely cold, they were already old and stale anyway. And of course the shakes were destroyed. While I was standing there waiting for someone to realize my food was ready to hand to me, I watched staff do the same to all the other customers' orders. McDonald's in name only. No way to actually get properly prepared McDonald's food at this place. 😩

Today I redeemed my birthday reward, and a young woman working the drive through around 8 pm on 1/10/22 very excitedly told me happy birthday. It was so sweet that she took even just a few moments to say happy birthday, and it really made my day so much better, as I've been dealing with a lot of personal stress. Even though our interaction was brief, she definitely put a smile on my face!
