Great shower. Great pool. However, they skipped room service for our room one day. They have a bunch of pool noodles and rafts and beach chairs for you to use. Also lota of great towls.

They do not inforce the no smoking. Also, if you are looking for a quiet peaceful stay, this is NOT it. It used to be but not anymore. The rooms are clean. Staff seems nice. Unfortunately your stay being good or bad comes down to if you get along with all the other guests because there is very little privacy.

Horrible Customer Service would not recommend this place. When my family and I arrived to check in we were told our reservation was cancelled. But the day before we spoke to the manager Leila to confirm our reservation. We informed Leila we had just drove 2 hrs with family, my child and with dogs, she stated “What do you want me to do kick someone out for you.” While speaking to her she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the pictures online are false advertisement; looks nothing like the photos on the website.

My husband and I checked in for a few days of relaxation! We had an exceptional checkin , beautiful clean room and incredible staff. We were right on the ocean with a very nice patio. The room had a comfortable queen bed, full refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot and coffee, dishes & silverware and plenty of towels. The view was beautiful. We sat on our patio every night and watched a spectacular sunset! We will definitely be back!! Betsy & Ralph
