I am frustrated and disappointed that I had to spend ~$140 for the 2022 Floral Parade tickets, just to find out I can't reach the venue. I have broken leg which prevents me from walking long distances. Every street around the venue was blocked off, even for dropping passengers off (and there was no information about closures provided with the tickets), customer support couldn't provide information about any close by parking areas (I am not local to Portland) so I spent 1hr trying to find one, obviously missing the show. And ultimately I wasn't able to get a refund from them - apparently I had to do that during the event via phone (called during the show and no one in the office), or had to get to the box office for that, which again was not possible due to all of the above. Never again am I going to be their customer.

It's a sports arena, decent room in the seats, good food choices and nice easy access parking. Kinda cold, though.

Your event venue corner area. Aside from Jacks at the main area across from the Moda Center (Rose Garden), your a bit limited on dining and drinking options without leaving the immediate area. The only hangout spot before any big show.

Shout out to Paula who helped us get into the pit by taking the scanner from another employee that refused to scan are tickets to get our bracelet. Older aged staff could use some better training. No smoking once entering the venue a smoking area would be nice but parking was easy in and out. Not much of a wait for food and beverages, electronic ordering was helpful on quickly recieving purchase. Had a convert cash to card machine that was pretty neat. Didnt use it bit seemdd easy-to-use.
