My exterior entry panel failed yesterday so I changed the battery but that did not resolve the issue. So, I called Precision. They sent out Joe this morning and he resolved my issue. Joe is professional and thorough and after diagnosing the problem, he immediately resolved the issue. Precision is fortunate to have such a great team member. Now if only the paint on my house looked as good as my new entry panel!!

Ted came out and very quickly solved our intermittent garage door opener problem. While here he also checked the whole condition of the door and adjusted the spring tension. He was very professional, neat, and respectful by mask wearing his mask. Precision Door Service has been our go-to garage door company for over 10 years. I like that their employees are happy to be working for them. I like that this company uses the latest technology to help their employees work as efficiently as possible. And they keep good records of the work they do on our garage door.

My garage door had a broken spring. I am new to the area and found Precision with an online search. The person taking the initial appointment was very professional and informative. Since the appointment was for the next day due to the high volume of work, she offered to call back if there was a cancellation. Later that day I received a call about a cancellation for the end of the day. The technician, Shane, called shortly after and gave an estimated arrival and he arrived right on time. Mine was his last job of the day and he happily worked until the job was done. I watched him work and he seemed glad to have the company. He explained each step as he worked and took extra time to make sure everything was good and worked properly. He also made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. You won't go wrong with Precision Door Service.

We service Portland & Vancouver seven days a week. In most cases we have same day appointments available during normal business hours. When our technicians come to your residence, they come with a fully stocked truck to complete any repair or replacement same day. If you are looking for a new garage door or a custom ordered part, we may need to return to your home a second time to complete the work.

Yes, we are open on weekends. We schedule appointments for a technician to come out to your home on Saturdays or Sundays. We also answer our phones 24/7 if you need to speak with someone directly. There is no extra charge for weekend service.
