Positive: Location - is close to airport and only 15 minute drive from San Fran. Felt safe. Small, quaint. Smelled and looked clean. Rooms were spacious. Negative: When we walked into the lobby, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk, but customer service was excellent after that!

Positive: Distance from airport Negative: The breakfast was just a coffee machine/ juice dispenser and danish which was very basic.

Positive: This hotel was close to the San Francisco airport, and also located in an area where there were good options for dining. Negative: The smell of marijuana was overwhelming. I noticed it the most when I stepped into the elevator, and it was still really strong as I stepped onto the second floor where my room was located. The room was fine once in there though.

Clean hotel with free parking. Good for the price. No frills indoor hotel close to the airport and city.

For me it was 11am

I had booked a room in your hotel for March 3rd. However my husband is very ill so we won't be travelling. I had cancellation through Allianz gGlobal but when I try to contact them I get no response. The flight was booked through Hotwire.

Hotel Aura was awesome close to transit, you can be in downtown San Francisco in fort minutes the staff there was great,you can't go wrong there
