Would give 6 stars if I could. Called Neil now three times and every time was able to squeeze me in, fix my issue (as I think he may be a genius) and could not be more pleasant while doing so. Detailed oriented.... didn't overcharge when it was emergency service...and very trust worthy. I just don't see that much great customer service out there anymore so when I do it's greatly appreciated. It's so nice to know that when I have a problem with our computers, I have Neil to call. Thank you!

Neil is the best! My dad referred him to me years ago and he is my one and only computer guy. He has loaded graphix cards into my computers(I'm an occasional gamer), diagnosed and fixed operating errors, and most recently got my our house's Wi-Fi dialed in. The thing I like most about Neil is that he is always thinking about what is the optimal solution to any problem. He considers all aspects of an issue and lines out the best approach. I wish all service providers were this good!

Neil helped me to buy a new OEM battery and installed the new battery. The old battery was bloated inside and the computer was not closing. He did an excellent job with the installment and also cleaned the insides, such as the fans.

$90 Buck my time and the cost of the screen which i dont know unless the computer has to be open and the model number is written at the back of the screen . Screen takes at least week if i have to buy it .
