We order pizza from this store all the time as it is our favorite pizza!!! But today, we are very disappointed. I ordered the same thing I always order, a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The pizza was delivered over cooked, dark brown, completely dry and tough. Definitely no extra sauce. But I thought, mistakes happen no big deal. So I called the store, spoke to a manager, who was very nice and offered to send out a remake. Sweet! So we waited an hour for another pizza to be delivered and this one is more burnt than the first one. I’m super sad to say I think we need to find another pizza place because my kids won’t even touch this pizza. Look at the photo of a cheese pizza from the website, vs the pizza I received below-

Just moved here and I’m happy to say this is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had!! As good as the food is, the service couldn’t be better!! I’ve ordered here a handful of times now and they’re consistently great!

We called and waited 50 minutes for our pizza. We only live 6 minutes from the store. We were told 20-30 minutes. The pizza was dry and over cooked. Also when we called to ask they hung up in us 2x. They all need to be fired!!!! Never again. Grow up.

Pizza Hut has always been a go to for pizza in our area. However, time after time, order after order - they have continually messed something up with our order. Today’s pizza, for example was literally folded almost like a calzone. The other pizza was misshaped as if they took some pieces out and replaced them with slices from a different pizza altogether. We likely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again - especially the Holiday Pizza Hut. Shift manager Becky is extremely unprofessional and does not understand how customer service should work. Do better, Pizza Hut....
