I am rather concerned about the dismissive attitude I received after calling to report a safety issue considering one of their employees. They individual was clearly uninterested in even addressing my concerns let alone taking any information I had . I would definitely think twice about using this company, safety is clearly not a priority.

Had to get Type 2 barriers on Saturday at 5pm and they were super polite and D&H Flagging had my back so my Monday move could go smoothly. Thank you for your excellent on-call help

Flaggers not paying attention, letting drivers push & go out of order. They took a smooth running 4 lane car n car merge, stopped it & started taking full lanes of 20ish cars at a time. Making it a unfair traffic nightmare where everyone is stopped in 1 spot for 30 min multiple times. While other cars get through the line with barely a wait...

D&H Flagging was working outside of my building, as the power lines were being worked on. One of the flaggers was sitting right next to the entrance of my building smoking a cigarette. As I walked back into my building, I asked him to not smoke within 30' of the entrance. He stepped back to about 10'-15' and said, "the law is actually 20 feet." I said, "this is our building, and our rule is 30 feet." He said, "the sidewalk is public property." At that point I got pretty frustrated and said one or two expletives, to the tune of, "why can't you just be (expletive) cooperative? He said, "I am, you're the one swearing." At that point I knew he was in no mood to just be decent. I asked for his supervisor's number, and when I called and spoke to the dispatcher to relay the interaction, she was kind and apologetic. This all could have been avoided with a simple "Sure, no problem."
