The food is wonderful, HOW EVER I am unable to sign in: computer says no recognition; then I sign in as new customer & it says that I do have an account, you have all my information & it is correct; then it tells me to call C/S to confirm account; I call wait 30+ minutes & get hung up on...I am frustrated...disappointed; why make it so difficult to send you an email or order when I have an account???

Extremely frustrated with the Spokane Area Services. My driver is scheduled to come by every other week. He hasn't shown in 3 weeks now and I placed an order with Customer Service for a special delivery but it hasn't shown up and not even so much as a phone call. When you call the local office the phone rings - it is answered - then hung up.
