Since last Thanksgiving I've had my stove and dishwasher repaired and it's been a month since Thanksgiving and I still haven't had the kitchen repair. The kitchen floor came loose and became a shelter for cockroach infestation. I'm depressed with this neglect

I was used live there since two years. Park and neighbors is very nice and I lived in first floors and have dealing with second floors from my neighbor always have problem and loud banging, screaming and gave me nerves and too sensitive make noise for since two years and lease not doing nothing for my situation and some roaches bugs in apartment. My rent was cheap in first year moving in and then every years will increased rent go up $150 for my lease and over too high heating feel like more than 100 degrees and non-stopping for control on my own when in a winter season. I recommended that lease office could listen more about neighborhoods who have any problems or concerns!!!

Met with Maria about a month before I moved in and she was very helpful. On April 1, 2022 I moved into my apartment and I have no complaints. The community is nice and quiet, very nice area!!
