I dropped of my truck rental to Howard at Hernando storage. He was very polite, happy, and positive even though it was the end of a busy day. The atmosphere was pleasant and the office was clean and neat. Very nice doing business there and I hope to see Howard again if I need to either use storage or another U-Haul.

Howard and Sonny were so kind and helpful, even staying a little late to help me get all the necessary paperwork completed. This is after they probably thought I ghosted them when I couldn’t make it to the office after initially reserving a unit and they called me a few times to let me know they still had the unit available for me. The building for the unit they showed me was neat and clean, as was the unit. So far, so good!

We had a great experience. We sold my mother's house and stored items until we could come back to bring them back to Ohio. Staff was great. Howard was good to work with.

I just started renting a unit and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. Easy getting a reservation online then filling out the paperwork. This unit is such a convenient location for me as well. Very nice and clean! Extremely happy.
