I have been a customer here for the past 7 years. The word that best describes this business for me is Consistency! Considering the changes and pressures of our current economic & medical (pandemic) struggles the last couple of years there are few places of business that offer that very valuable quality to their customers. As a very simple example please note. I am a very disabled senior citizen and as I left for a very important cardiac appt. This A M. an emergency notification signaled there was a problem with my car. I pulled into the parking lot early this Monday and the place was packed with customers for the day already! I called from my car and they sent a mechanic to where I managed to pull my car. I simply told them I was one of their customers and my situation and they came immediately to help. They were as always, wonderful, respectful and today was able to make a few adjustments to fix the problem and in doing so found a potential problem and advised me to call my dealer. I did the same and my dealer is now going to make this repair as it is covered under my warranty. The fact that this business has always shown this kind of integrity & loyalty to it's customers is why their customers are loyal to them. It wasn't about money today as it worked out, but for bigger repairs or a set of new tires I would go to no other!! From our first encounter up to and including today, This Tire Plus has earned my trust & patronage🙌🤝 . Thank you Tire Plus👍

Tire plus on broad street is absolutely the best!!! We have gone here couple of times and always explains things....do the job right..and if there's a problem they always fix it!!! The guys are great!!! Won't go no where else!!!😀😀

I am a repeat customer and have seen the customer service continue to decline. had an appointment, waiting room full of customers, shop full of employees hanging out smoking cigarettes having a great time nobody working. other customers waiting over 3 hours for their vehicles.

Highly recommend Tires Plus in Brooksville. Josh always takes care of our vehicles, values our time and his honest and forthcoming. All the staff are friendly and courteous and the service center is spotless. I trust Josh and will be a customer as long as he is there!
