Worst provider I’ve seen in my life. LONG wait time in the waiting room & to be seen once the nurse brought me back. The office kept spelling my name wrong on their records even though I provided them with the correct spelling. The nurse used to wrong size blood pressure cuff on me, and stated that she was aware it wasn’t the correct size. Dr. Gu himself, terrible! Very rude, and insulting! Will NEVER go back to him again!

Been going to Dr Gu for several years. He is fine, although the wait can be excessive. The receptionist is very rude and just plain stupid.

Wish I didn't have to leave even one star! This is the most unethical place I have ever been! The women behind the desk are so ghetto! They do a half assed job on everything. The Dr. can't stop laughing at serious matters. He is a JOKE! Please don't go here or take anyone you care about here!
