Wide variety of items, what is that saying...they carry everything from soup to nuts. Well, Ross has everything from handbags to pillows. At this location, everything is all laid out in a fairly clean though somewhat cluttered establishment. With signage, everything is relatively easy to find. And pricing is reasonable; but just make sure you look at what your purchasing. Like most discount retailers, some of the merchandise may not only be from last season or over ordering, but it also may have minor defects.

We went in yesterday to do some shopping and while waiting for our daughter to purchase her items, a “lovely” woman cut in line, and decided mid-transaction to have all of her friends and family cut in line also. 4 separate transactions!!!! All while there was a line waiting. Employees did NOTHING!!!!! At least 5 people were yelling and nobody made these entitled “KARENS” get in the back of the line! Corporate is getting notified! We will travel the extra half hour out of our way to go to a different store!

Every time I go in there seems to be more empty shelves. Tried both here in Spring Hill and feels like going out of business. Home Goods probably didnt help them
