I applied for employment and I received an email from them about setting up a zoom interview. We set up a date and time for the interview and when it came time for the interview, there was no one on the other end of the zoom video, it kept saying it’s waiting for the host to start the interview so I ended up calling them on the phone to ask them what’s going and they said they’re having trouble with zoom and can’t do the interview. I guess it’s a good thing I called them to ask because they weren’t going to let me know what’s going and I would have just been there waiting for them. Then we set a time for the following day to do the interview and yet again there is no one on the other end of zoom( waiting for host to start meeting). I called facility and asked them where is the person that’s supposed to be doing my interview, the person that answered the phone said that person is on break and she’ll be back in 15 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and the person is still on break and will be back in 15 minutes. I called again 2 hours later and the person that’s supposed to do my interview had left for the day and I asked how come she left without doing my interview or contacting me to let me know seeing as the person that answered the phone the other 2 times said she texted the person to let her know about my interview but the person didn’t have an answer for it. That’s just ridiculous how they treat people like that.
