Montana is my home I love it here. I love Ace hardware it's a very nice place to go they have quite the selection and I remember when I was a kid we lived in Helena and my mom worked at Ace and she came home and said ace is the place with the helpful hardware man ha man woman she was silly but the people there are wonderful they're very helpful they will help you find whatever you need and there's many other little places and Libby and Troy Montana that are great places to go if you're in Montana enjoy your visit and remember give a hoot don't pollute pack it in pack it out we love you

My older neighbor went into Ace the other day to buy a weedeater. As she stood looking at the weedeaters and employee by the name of Ben asked her if she had any questions. She did and began asking the questions. With each question Ben became impatient and short with his answers. She picked out a weedeater and asked for it to be assembled, which is free at this store. Ben said it wasn't available. Hmmmm Now this is the 2nd time Ben has been rude that I know of. I observed him treating coworkers disrespectfully and literally throwing a physical fit because he had to wait a moment for help. Can you say hostile work environment? Talk about entitlement issues.

Friendly, helpful employee’s. Great selection! Prices are a bit higher than in most big city stores(including Ace) but that is to be expected for the only real hardware store Igor nearly 100 miles. Simply, demand driven. Great rental store to boot. Again, the friendly staff makes this store a joy to have in such a small community. .
