This place was huge & dead. Once upon a time they had 4 cashiers up front, but now just 1 is active. Rest of the counters behind the registers are littered with to-go craft orders. There's a wide selection of everything and anything craft related. There's even sewing classes going on at the center of the store. 4☆s because a lot of the items are overpriced compared to other online outlets. Yes there is a price match; however, that doesn't work while comparing on sale items from outside sites (which is usually the case compared to Joann's goods). I bought a kit for $70, and found the same thing at Hobby Lobby for $40... Seasonal items are often in disarray throughout the store and priced too high imo. *Easter stuff still being sold for a pretty penny... and it's mid May! Staff is nowhere to be found on the store aisles. Overall, a good place to go if you need craft items asap & you can't wait for a cheaper online order.

This used to be my go-to place to buy fabric for all my sewing projects. I'm talking since the early 90's. It has gone through many different states of condition over the years. The selection of calico cotton has always been fantastic but I the home decor fabic section is extremely disappointing. Seriously, they still carry fabrics that have been in my home for 8 years. I would like to see more fresh, new and contemporary fabric options. I realize that I can order online, but it's not the same as being able to touch and feel the texture and weight of the materials. This is a good store for basic crafty needs. It's nice to have an alternative to Hobby Lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff eager to please any way they can. Very nice selection of material and lots of sales. ( I love sales).

The store was actually super depressing. It was my first time shopping in this particular store. It was difficult to find things because the aisle markers are attached to the end of the isles, and you have to be right up to them to see them because they are blocked from view. The people who work there just did not seem like they were in good moods. I know that everyone has a bad day, but everyone having a bad day at the same time makes for a very unhappy shopping experience. I specifically downloaded the app to get discounts on what I had to buy today, and I ended up saving like a dollar. It was totally not worth any of the effort put into it. The shelves were barren in some places. I much prefer the store in Spokane Valley and will probably not shop the Francis Street store again.

I do know they hold sewing classes, but for better information, call them. They have a fairly decent selection for sewing machines. The website is nationwide, so dont always count on it for in store items. They do have an option for ship to store though.
Yes they do. They have some in their jewelry department and some back by their wood department
Have to call them on that one.
They do not carry that brand.
No, no real leather. Just pleather.
