Pretty good but the employees always seem occupied doing the job individually instead of as a team, no wonder this place takes so long. Instead of screaming "I need a coffee!" Why dont you go help make it...? Just food for thought.

If I had the option of putting less than 1 star I would put it and I am referring to some of its workers but especially to the manager of the premises because she has very little professionalism it is a pity that establishments like this have this type of people working for them and for dagle supposedly service to the public

I went here this afternoon at around 1:45pm. Complete and utter chaos. The manager was having a meltdown! There were 4 additional employees behind the counter. 2 of which were in-training. They had no system in play. I spent 10 minutes waiting for ice coffee, which in theory is old coffee on ice. Not rocket science and yet they still got it wrong. Hope they can get it together and work as a team.

One of the best Dunkin's I've ever been to! The employees were nice, my code wasn't working, I had a gift card on my app and he couldn't get it to scan, he called the manager over and she just ended up giving me my iced coffee for free! They were very busy and I didn't mean to stand there and take up anyone's time by trying to figure out the problem with my code. They were super nice about it though. I will continue to go to this Dunkin!
