Love this bank! Spokane branch knows me by name! I’m yet to know these employees well, so far they have been very polite. They have fixed many things from stolen card info, to an unknown transfer! Best bank yet!

The bank is great. There people are great. The phone app stinks. It constantly needs to be called into to have passwords and security questions reset. They don't seem to think it's a problem. Is a huge one to me...

I love this bank! Whether I drive up or walk in, I never feel like just a number, I'm always warmly greeted! I also very much appreciate the commeradery I feel between the bank employees. I really need to give a shout out to Andrea Fields as well! I had a issue with a component of the Green Checking as she was right on, keeping in touch every step of the way. She also shared the importance the entire management system put on it which really instilled a faith in me as to how much Washington Federal customers are valued! I'm a member for life!

Washington Federal did modify the name, to WaFd Bank. We are still the same bank you trust. We launched the simplified name because the previous title did not emphasize that we are a bank. Our solution? Put the word “bank” in our name - WaFd Bank.
Maybe you have pending debits or you have met your limit for the day. You can always call the 1 800 number and talk to a customer service representative. I've been out of town and had a few issues, called and they cleared it right up!
