The gentleman who assisted me was nice enough but still just a salesman.....I trusted them to know if the parts I bought were interchangeable with my truck....they got 1 outta 2 right. They have a NO return policy so I am out a bill. Am very grateful for the the 1 they did get right because it got me back on the road but disappointed about losing $100 for not fully verifying with the vin numbers myself before walking out the door......Don't do what I did and verify for yourself.....just a heads up. Per Owner response: Sorry you were disappointed with my review. I felt it was accurate. I didn't say you cheated me I stated my own fault by not verifying the parts info myself and only relying on someone else and I also stated that one part did work and was grateful for the part. If I wanted to leave a bad review I would not have placed blame also on myself and would not have been grateful for the one correct part. Please dont try to accuse me or anyone of being unfair......it is my opinion, not yours......Hey do you have a guilty conscious about something? Is that why you accused me of being unfair? Please read the review again and stop acting like a thug!

Sammy who is the tire tech and mechanic did more then anywhere else I've ever gone I got a good price for 4 tires an the customer service from him was excellent wont go anywhere but him to get tires outnon,rotated,patched ect thank you brandon auto salvage

Purchased a center console for a Chevrolet Tahoe, was sent pictures with no damage, picked up console and was told our guys had damaged the leather lid removing it, But wouldn’t compensate for any type of damage as I already paid in full. Keith was the gentleman taking care of me and I would not recommend doing business with this place. 10-19/2021*** I will not remove my review because you had admitted that the consul was damaged when it was removed, not before I had already paid and agreed to the condition

I hardly leave reviews, but I need to give credit to Trey for making this an awesome experience. I purchased some wheels that had seen better days from Brandon Auto Salvage (for a really good price), expecting to get them blasted and painted. I get a call from Trey the next morning, and he says they have a better set that they would rather send me (at not extra charge). They just came in, and I am super excited, they look amazing! The packaging was seriously top notch, and the customer experience was amazing. I've already recommended this place to a couple of friends!
