I have taken my cat there for 4 years for haircuts. My sister would get me gift certificates for either $75 or $100 for Christmas. The old owners were wonderful. The new owners not so much. The last two times I've gone in with my gift certificates I was given a hard time claiming they weren't their gift cards. It clearly says on the receipt it's from their store. It even has the owner's name on it.. The gift certificates say they do not expire. The owner Linda was very nasty when it came to accepting them and when I wouldn't back down told me just to get my cat and get out.. I will never go back there again!!!!!

Brought my dog to use the self dog washing station and to get his nails clipped and was very impressed with the customer service that I received. The self dog washing station was very cleaned and had a variety of shampoos to choose from. And Etta the dog groomer was very kind to my sweet boy. I appreciate the attentiveness from the staff and will be back!
