I've been living here for approximately 3 years now. The front office staff, the maintenance crew, and even the residents have been very pleasant. The property is kept fairly clean. When there is an issue with something, the maintenance crew is pretty good at responding to assist. For the most part, the residents do a good job of cleaning up after their pets. It's located in a pretty centralized area, having publix, walgreens and walmart near by. The staff do a really good job informing the residents of upcoming projects and events. In addition, they work well with the local law enforcement agency to remind the residents to lock their car doors, therefore, bringing the crime level down to a minimum. Kudos to all the staff and residents for doing their part.

We love it here!!!! With amenities like a gym, pool, car wash station, valet trash, what’s not to love, the staff extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The maintenance request system works amazing and are quick to respond even within the same day! We even have ducks and lizards that always hang out near our patio and around the ponds on property which is always cool. Holiday pool activities and events is what they do! Much love y’all

I liked living here overall. Rosary, the property manager, is friendly and helpful. The other girls in the office are alright but can be a little sassy and rude. The property is well maintained for the most part. My only complaint was how awful the AC units were. I had mine replaced once and worked on multiple times but during the summer my unit read at 86 degrees during the day and 79degrees at 10pm. It was unbearable. The problem persisted even AFTER I got a new unit. My electric bill was over $200 for a 750 Sq ft apartment. The surrounding area is really safe and close to retail. I loved living in Bloomingdale Woods but for me the AC was the reason I had to take a star. Keep being awesome Rosary!

If I could give no stars I would. The outside of the apartments looks good but looks can be deceiving! I have been in my appointment since November and since I moved in I've had nothing but problems. The apartment is roach infested. Leasing office lead me to believe I wouldn't have any problems with bugs. They told me I could have pest control come out as much as I needed them to. And about a month and a half later after I noticed them not coming I called leasing office, to be informed I'd reached my maximum number of sprays and if they continue to come the spray would no longer work. Again something I was not told in the beginning. Maintenance is slow about fixing things.Even through they say something will be attended on a certain day it usually isn't. They dont even give you a curiosity call saying it wasn't attended too. The closet in my sons room was never installed properly since we moved in and it has been a problem since I moved in. Now that its stuck completely shut I have to wait on them to find time to get to me. They must only have one maintenance guy working since we are in the pandemic because I've been waiting on someone to come out since last wed. I'm counting the days for the end of my lease. I will not renew my lease here and wouldnt recommend anyone here!! Oh yeah and not to mention the month that I got free I had to pay a few fees no big deal,but they magically lost that check and I ended up having to pay it so when I confronted them about it they found the check after I went back and re pay the fees.
