It was my first time setting foot into a Victoria's Secret and I was not disappointed. I wish I got the name of the lady that helped me, cause she was the sweetest person ever. She helped me every step of the way and made sure I wasn't just wandering around getting what I thought would fit. She made sure everything fit nicely and that I was comfortable. If I could give a ten it would be ten out of ten.

Went here. Got what I needed then went in line to pay. There was 2 cashiers helping customers. I was the only one in line waiting. Then these 2 whites ladies came up and just cut me right off after waiting patiently ( by the way cashiers were white). I told the cashier that I have been waiting in line before them and she goes well she’s already started helping them. I left what I picked and walk away and the cashier has the nerve to say in a mocking voice Have a good day. Is this how You guys treat customers. There are other Victorias Secret store that is much friendlier and actually better. You need to teach employees to actually know how to do customer service.

It's got prime real estate in the Northtown mall. Right across from the food court, which in my opinion is the best reason to go to the mall with my wife. Also she always finds what she wants in this store and leaves happy every time. Can't say that about very many places. So we both thank you. 😀
