There's a lot of good Smoke Shops in and around Brandon; this isn't one of them. Was a regular for years and after a poor display of customer service we won't return. We've spent a lot of money at this location and recently bought a faulty counterfeit vape from them, and instead of being professional and handling the situation the lady condensendingly said 'that's too bad', then hung up on me. It's not hard to be nice to people. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
