Order rang up incorrectly twice, I get it $hlt happens. When u explained the unit price was not correct she advised she didn’t speak English. Unfortunately there was not another employee to assist. I had to leave a heap of items at the counter and walk out empty handed. This is Sunday at 10:56am and have a rack of ribs inside the smoker. What a shame :-/ Disappointed someone is working Sunday that doesn’t speak English, Alone! Come on 7/11

Everyday I go to this 7 Eleven and the female workers are always such a delight to see and talk to, but Angel working the day shift Today is by far the worst customer service rep I’ve experienced.Gave me attitude after he wrongly assumed I was paying with card and made it obvious he was just trying to get me out of the door. Pretty sad that a $2 lighter purchase experience was so bad I felt the need to write a review.

Tried to short me when i paid with $100 bill. Make sure you get a receipt from here, their workers will rip you off
