KFC is synonym of fried chicken for as long as i can remember, although the quality has dipped in years but its still one place you can find something for your chicken cravings The staff was nice and courteous. The fountain is on a side and Easy to miss. The food was good.

Let me explain something to the upper management team at KFC. You guys have an employee that goes by the name Ms.Harriet. Ms.Harriet is a prime example of how someone should give a guest customer service! This lady greets me, takes my order correctly, tells me my total, and makes sure I’m 100% satisfied as a customer before I leave! There have been times I’ve been to this location, and I don’t get greeted, they don’t tell me my total when I’m done ordering, they don’t ask if I need sauces. I WISH Ms.Harriet was the GM at this location because then I would know that I would receive excellent service. Ms.Harriet is an asset to this company, not a liability. Please make sure you guys take care of her, because I would MUCH rather come when she’s taking care of me.

Do not eat here. The customer service has dramatically tanked since it first opened. Came in, stood at the counter with no greeting and there were two associates just standing there. They don’t know the first thing about service. Me and wife were the only ones there. The rest of the restaurant was empty. Wonder why. Pathetic excuses for workers if I’ve ever seen. Finally, one worker was kind enough to take our order. While we were eating another associate was walking in to start his shift. He actually said hello so that calmed me down a bit. Otherwise, Terrible experience and the food isn’t that great either. Don’t waste your time or money here. If you want good fried chicken, go to Publix in the deli. The best. This place is run by the uneducated and low self esteemed who don’t know the first thing about service.

Would not recommend this kfc in this area lady taking order on 2/24/2022 at 3pm was rude and got order wrong she blamed it on us even though the family fest shows 8pc and 12 tenders she said that she doesn't care they never serve them together store was not clean the guy at window telling a customer its not his fault with she got the wrong item so the meal she gave us instead of order meal was suppose to cone with 4 cookies got 3 no folks or spoons and just rude behavior after we had to go ask for them please stay away if your on vacation and want a good experience
