Went in to look for a bedroom set, Charlotte was welcoming from when we walked in. She is extremely kind, showed us around and helped us ( we are very particular) and went above and beyond for us. Usually representatives get annoyed by this. She was not pushy at all. It’s not every day that I find someone as genuine and helpful as her.
