Very convenient location. As usual, Jennifer did a great and consistent job with Wilson haircut. Unlike some other places, he comes out of there happy and without any razor burns! I scheduled already his next haircut.

I cannot recommend Auggie's Pet Spa enough. I was recently gifted a Goldendoodle and I've always heard the scariest stories about groomers. I was so nervous to leave Pablo (my pup) here for the first time. The first time around he was groomed by Jennifer and she did a fantastic job. I can tell I probably annoyed her with my 101 calls during the grooming session- so Jen, I appreciate you answering every answer and assuring me he was in the best hands possible. I opted for just having his private areas, paws groomed. The second time around Pablo was groomed by Glen. This time Pablo had a special shampoo prescribed by his vet and they had no issue using it. I talked to Glen about shaving Pablo down, but not completely bald. In the end, it is just hair so I wasn't too nervous. Pablo looked so handsome!! Glen evened out his fur and didn't shave off too much. I was SO pleased with how he came out. Pablo also just runs right in as soon as I take his leash off, so I know he likes going there. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough. From pricing, the staff and quality of items they sell. This place is the real deal.

Just got home to see my freshly groomed Bella, our Labradoodle. 🥰 She looks amazing!!! She looks ‘styled’, not shaved!!! Her nails feel wonderful, short and smooth. Thank you 🙏🏼 Jennifer!!! We definitely recommend Auggie’s and we will return!!! 😀👍🤩

I found this little jewel when I was looking for a pet store that would carry some really good quality food for my new puppy who is 12 weeks old.Do you self a favor and don’t miss out on the opportunity to find a really great place to find your pet food as well as groom your pet their place is great and their employees Jennifer John and Haze do an amazing job .I initially contacted them by phone Jennifer was amazingly informative and very upfront and honest as she is new to doing Cats I have a long-haired Scottish fold but she sounded like she really knew what she was doing and she had been honest about it and I wasn’t getting an extreme haircut on my cat or anything like that. Well I went ahead and scheduled my appointment but I also went over to look at the spa because I had only been into the pet food store which by the way is awesome if you’re looking for people with information and knowledge and a beautiful environment to purchase your pet food go here they know about it and they have it they gave me tons of samples as my puppy was a picky eater and I wasn’t sure which he would take too and they have a customer for life with me when it comes to that. I walked in the spa and was taken back with how beautiful and clean it was it’s smells amazing the environment was calm and they were very welcoming they did not treat me like I was crazy because I had already called in and already made an appointment but they were very receptive and open to talking with me about my cat and looking at pictures of her and I felt so comfortable about bringing her there normally I would use a mobile groomer not anymore this place is well worth putting myCat in the carrier and bringing her there. Haze Jennifer and John are amazing employees and also knowledgeable and great to talk to they listen to everything I wanted with my cat and actually went to the trouble of scheduling her in the morning when they wouldn’t have any dogs coming in just to get to know her and to not have her be fearful. They had her completed in just about two hours and when I showed up to pick her up Jennifer was going on and on about how amazing the cat was but my cat was purring and flipping over in her cage and just completely content with her haircut and with how she felt about being there at that point there wasA little dog on the premises it didn’t seem to even enter my cats mind the haircut was amazing she was beautifully manicured and she had her amazing little haircut with her little grinch paws and just looked amazing. Jennifer had also reassured me several times that if anything Arose she would call me and she wasn’t gonna do anything to stress my cat out I will be using their services and look forward to it in the future.Customer service cleanliness professionalism I can’t say enough good things about the pet store or the spa you definitely have won me over as a customer and being that I have a dog and four cats we are over there a lot.
