I love this place. They have a very good customer service and I would like to especially congratulate RENEE, she is a person very dedicated to her work, she is a humble person with a big heart and above all, she always welcomes you with a smile on her face. I love when she attends to me. 100% recommend the Spicy Poblano Omelette, it is delicious

As always, the pancakes were great and the waitress was super friendly. Hashbrowns were delicious too. But the place was freezing cold, very crowded and the order of pancakes with bacon took over 30 min to arrive. The coffee was hot and nice and strong.

I stopped in late night for coffee while waiting for ... Small IHOP, old look, 1 server, 1 cook. They held it down. Made it work. Good job.

Unfortunately not surprising, the service is terrible even when you go to this location in person
You have to wear a mask to enter and then guests are seated at alternate tables. There was no temperature check or request to sanitise but dispensers are placed at the front for use.

I never have an issue at this IHOP. It's always clean when I go,food is always hot and good. as far as roaches I have never seen one there , always a good experience
