Customer service is terrible, they don’t explain you the full price of the service after when you confront them about the price, they threat you to seize your car. I’ll never go to that Firestone anymore, they are very unprofessional

I called to get information on an oil change. I spoke with Luis. I asked him what would the wait time be for an oil change he stated an hour and forty five minutes to two hours. Call disconnects. I call back he answers again. I asked him to make an appointment he said what’s your name. I gave him my name and no appointment time was given he stated ok bye and the call ends. Me personally I thought the call disconnected the first time but when I called back again and it was the same thing. Nope. He intentionally hung up. So I called back the third time and told him that it was rude for him to just disconnect the call. His response was ok thank you and ended the call.
