I had a wonderful experience here at game stop. REGGIE AND TRENT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME.THIS is what customer service's is all about. I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone. All gamestops SHOULD HAVE EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE.... 100 % AWESOME.... SUPER SATISFIED AND A HAPPY CAMPER... WAY TO GO GUYS

The GameStop worker I didn't get his name he was pretty helpful but as usual GameStop prices are absurd it's ridiculous that I can find things that I need on Amazon much cheaper and the fact that I'm a pro member. I never received notification when PlayStation 5 or Xbox s/x is in stores.

It’s very convenient for me to come to this location. Emmanuel and the entire staff are helpful, inviting and very knowledgeable. Shopping there is a treat because the entire store is well organized, clean and stocked. What’s more inviting is the ability to talk, relate and have an experience that ones does not get from online shopping.

Really bad, the customer service in that store is the worst. Just they ask if you have a membership and that is, no "hello" no "bye", nothing. I asked for a pokemon tcg and they sold me the wrong thing.
