They keep delivering our packages to the wrong address. Whoever has been receiving them has been deciding to keep them. Whenever we order anything now online, we request the sellers to not use USPS.

I have changed my review because Patrick & the other postal workers have helped me so much with my mail issues. I have decided that some small businesses where I buy my craft items from may just be able to falsify tracking slips to message to me, even though I don't see it on my end. I do know that false ones will not show at my end like the actual ones followed by the USPS. Whatever the problem is, I'm glad for the people who work at this branch.

The clerks are the best, always helpful. They work in an building that is too small for the size of the amount of mail generated by the growing community of Sandy. This might be the reason for the mistakes. I’ve had NO response to at least 3 contact with the postmaster. Wish he could do something about the landscaping. I’ve offered to help clean it up.

I went into the post office today to talk to them about some issues we’ve had with mail delivery... the supervisor Patrick was very very helpful. He took down my info, tracking #s of Items etc advised he’d take care of the issue. He also advised me to call if I had the issue again, needless to say I had another package delivery issue again today. Patrick went and picked up the package and re delivered it to me directly. Amazing customer service!
