I've been coming to this AutoZone for years now. The staff is great, and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you on parts, etc. Cedric, Monique and the crew will take the time to go over with options work for you based on needs, budget, etc. It's refreshing.

Been going to this auto zone for years and was always given the best customer service till yesterday a lady told me she would not service me because I used the word what? Which if I did use it wasn’t in no disrespectful way long story short I had to sit outside in my car for hours in the heat 4 months pregnant until someone helped it was no real reason for me To be treated that way at all today I am having complications in my pregnancy I wanted to know is their video & audio at this location

I usually don't leave reviews but I must leave one now after many many many years of great service that I have recieve the this store manager by the name of Cedric at this location or store location 5241, and I hope I'm doing this right. But any way he is one of the most respectable and caring employees I've ever dealt with and I have been going to this same store for over 20 years and since he have been there he have shown me and any one I sends there he shows them the greatest respect and have always been patient with three lack of knowledge with what they may me looking for. I'm in the ♿️ and if and whenever I call into the store Cedric is always there for me. So to the Corporate workers at Auto Zone please know and you can test assured in my own humbled opinion when Cedric is at work your store is in great hands because he truly truly cares for all your customers. I thank all those to whom it may concern for reading these few words of my opinion. And thank you Cedric for being a good and great to me as you have been over all these years that you have been there.

Cedric W. The best at this autozone, I’m a teacher and once I was having a stressful day while moving from one place to another and was dealing with some mechanical issues. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, Cedric advised me of the tools and items I Needed get the job done, Cedric not only offer me excellent service but also made my day better with his positive attitude and uplifted spirit. On a scale of 1-10, i will score him a 20.
