I dislike laziness I came to open a business account only to be told no walk ins I ask to speak with branch manager do to the fact that online portal won’t let me book an appointment and I’ve been trying for two weeks to get this done I waited almost an hour no help all while the guy who told me I needed a appointment actually sat idol at his desk the entire time I waited and please note that the hostess had to argue with him about not doing any work before he agreed to see me. So that exchange of words between the employees brought to my attention that he didn’t want to work and told me I needed an appointment I hope they get a business accountant that doesn’t mind working very dissatisfied with the customer service

They are very rude waited a long time to be assisted when asked why it was taking so long lady was rude and they took many other people before me when I was waiting for longer and they denied me the bathroom and I’m pregnant

I have never been into a bank with no customer service sense like this. I went to see a banker to talk about my account, she never introduce herself, never talk about the product she was basically doing it because I wanted to, never talk to me to build that banker connection, she was basically all the time talking and in an un appropriate manner with someone over the phone, she just rush to open it, never asked for my information like email to put into the system, at the end I asked her a copy of the disclosures and paperwork she did and never gave it to me because according to her they are not supposed to give copies. No reason to call her by her name, because she never told me ... it is incredible and poor customer service, the actitud, the personal apparience she was not giving bussines actitude, it doesn’t worth it. Basically I was waiting in the lobby waiting to meet a great personal banker experience but i met with the rudest service ever in bank i have received, This branch doesn’t worth it. Unbelievable this customer service It was horrible like there they don't appreciate my business or they don't want to deal with customer, so why are they working overthrew or being a bank if they don't care care of their customers and their business.
