I took my two sons here for the first time the other day and they had a blast. All the children were playing together and they had more than enough room to run around to their hearts content.

The slide is the best in Newport. I've only been to several in Newport and a few in Lincoln city area. I like all of them, just having a park I can feel safe and can go with kiddo is a good park. But this one has good stuff. Even of a kid has no one to play with. I have an only child, so not too many opportunities to go with other people due to time constraints.

small park with some unique park equipment. a real tall slide worth a hike up a hill. fairly empty when we go there. a good place to stop by with the kids after a walk on the beach.

My kids loved this park so much we spent nearly 2 full days here on the way up the coast. The pirate ship/HUGE slide was a massive hit, but so were the numerous spinning features as well as the climbing challenges. And a clean bathroom onsite to boot. Happy campers. Literally! 😁
