Have worked for Columbia Helicopters for a few years. I've had the opportunity to move around inside the company and do a little of everything. One thing I've noticed is Columbia employees attitude of "making it happen". They know what they're doing and are dedicated to the overall effort. I'm always impressed. Columbia takes care of their employees. They know that when you succeed, the company wins. Still feels like a small time shop, even with almost a thousand employees.
