Chicken usually be fresh but not this time! I hadn't bn here in over a year! The chicken was stale and unchewable and did not taste like the Popeyes I love! It was more like churches chicken yuck!! I was very disappointed 😞 only the mashed potatoes were good

I came here to pick up an Uber eats order which I received a message on the app saying it was ready. I waited at the online order section and the Jamaican women who was the cashier overlooked me and took orders from two people who walked in after me. Before she got to the third person, I said hey I'm here for Uber eats pick up and she gave me a big attitude for no reason. She said I should have said something which I did. A man came in after that whole situation and said hey I'm here to pick up my Uber eats order and she gave it to him right away. This cashier literally kept helping everybody else while my order was already prepared. She did this on purpose! Then the woman gave my apple pie away to one of the customers who came in after me which caused me to wait 10 more minutes. It took me approximately 25 minutes to get my food from this woman who was literally wasting my time and my money since the food was cold when I finally got to eat it. And on top of that she was laughing when I took the food to her other co-worker like it's funny to waste people's time and money. Was not a pleasant experience at all! And honestly that Jamaican woman should be retrained! She does not know anything about giving customers good service.

Been going to this Popeye's location for yrs & Don't discourage about the line inside or thru the the drive thru. Service is Friendly/ Fast. The food is always fresh & hot.

Visiting from out of town and had to try this new chicken sandwich that I kept hearing about. It was definitely a good chicken sandwitch, but I cant say it's the best I've ever had (nothing to do with how this location made it, just an overall observation). The staff was very polite and fast. The young man serving us was very polite and welcoming. It seems like the employees had a fun working relationship with one another and that was nice to see. The store could use better ventilation as the dinning area was filled with smoke.
