This is the slowest bank to complete a transaction. And they have no order on the drive thru as they allow people to use the closed lanes and service them before the others who have been patiently waiting. Bank elsewhere.

Lazy and bad customer service. You'll pull up when drive thru says open. If they take too long and while you're waiting it changes to closed they won't service you. Pathetic. What can you expect from this ghetto area

Overall a good branch. The two times that I have had to come here the staff were really nice. The tellers were knowledgeable and helpful. The customers representatives periodically they'd come throughout the line to ask the patrons what they needed as to not keep people waiting too long. Both times I have come the wait wasn't too long and my transaction was completed in a timely matter. Thankfully I have never experienced what those other patrons have experienced. Just my luck the next time I go, the line is out the door and there is only one teller working.
