Friendly and helpful with shipping services, quick to respond to shipping problems. It can get busy so best to purchase shipping labels online so you can skip the line.

Hours are wrong! Never open when says it is. Ladies inside are rude and short need better customer service training.

I have to update my review. I've had packages opened and 1 thing empty but, I dropped my UPS medical samples off in their box (my mistake) and they got it to UPS for me. I just now noticed I didnt mail it properly. Very grateful!

The Dalles Post Office is very important & a great place to go to get stamps, shipping packets, mail, post office boxes, & get all your packages mailed out to other places & states. They also have mailing envelopes, tape, & mail slots to drop off your letters to mail out to other places. The post men & women are helpful & can weigh any package you have to tell you how much it will cost to mail it out to someone or some place. They have shipping labels for packages to mail out to places & other states. You can also get your mail held if you are going to go on vacation so it won't back up or get lost. But if you are moving into The Dalles or moving away from The Dalles in Oregon you can get moving packages & cards to change your home, business, or Post Office Boxes address to your new place. They can hold all your new mail until they change your mailing address to the new one, & you won't loose any mail. If you have no new mailing address when you move into The Dalles you can set-up "A General Delivery Address" to start with until you find a place to live in The Dalles in Oregon & it is free for 30 days to start with.

You can call them or go in person during the day and they can help you.
Just walk in show them your I.D. and forward your mail to where you live
Download the USPS Mobile app to see prices and options.
Yes, I believe so. Just contact the post office and tell them that you moved. They should hold it for you.
No, return to sender
No everything looks good to me
Hope you didn't wait that long to print your label. Rude person
