U.S. Border Patrol Checkpoint

Today I was "arrested" for smuggling when I did no such thing, they took my vehicle, and left me in the middle of nowhere after they were done. Neither my boyfriend not I ever had cuffs put on us, never received any type of paperwork nor anything stating that we were under arrest, I didn't sign a single thing, they didn't give me anything in regards to my vehicle they took or anything stating why they did. then they said they were gonna take me to imperial county court house, which changed to somewhere in Indio to see a judge and then after the transporting agent received a phone call, they decided they were just going to "cut me & my boyfriend loose" and be dumped us at a truck stop in mecca. Such unprofessional, sorry excuses of what border patrol agents should be.
